Carrie is great! She is very accommodating and friendly and her office is super cozy. We have learned a lot from her and gotten better with our communication through skills she has taught us.

Carrie and I have met for a few sessions and I have already started to understand myself in ways I haven’t been able to before. I feel like I’m getting a second chance in life to be free from thoughts that way me down. Carrie makes me feel understood, validated with my feelings, and helps me have a wider perspective on things in my life that I would normally have a very fixated perspective on.
